The summit takes place annually in Hawaii. The exact dates and location of the next summit will be announced on the summit website.  The 2023 Thrive Hawaii Agrifood Summit will take place September 26 and 27, 2023 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu.

What does registration cover?

Registration covers access to the pre-summit reception on September 25, 2023.  Registration covers access to the summit based on registration type.  Registration includes lunch, coffee and refreshments. 

How do I register for the summit?

You can register for the summit only via the summit website: Registration Page. Early registration is recommended as spaces may be limited.

What is the cost of attending the summit?

The cost of attending the summit varies depending on the type of registration and any special discounts or promotions that may be available. Details of registration fees will be available on the summit website.

What COVID-19 protocols will be in place at the summit?

The summit organizers will be following all relevant Federal, State, County and venue COVID-19 protocols and guidelines, including social distancing, mask-wearing, and other safety measures. Any updates or changes to these protocols will be communicated to attendees via the summit website and other channels.

What is the refund policy?

Refund requests must be made 30 days prior to the summit or prior.  No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the summit.

Can I sponsor or exhibit at the summit?

Where To Stay

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees.  The rates are good for September 25 and 26, 2023.  The summit rates are also available for a 3-day shoulder before and after these dates.  Detailed information about the room types and rates can be found at following link:
